<p><strong>What Sports do You Train For?</strong><br />
I am currently training for the up coming running, mountain bike, and adventure racing season as well as swimming and rock climbing.</p>
<p><strong>Do you just train athletes?</strong><br />
No, I train people at all levels of fitness. I love to train people for specific sports and events, but my main goal for each client is to help them lead a healthy balanced life.</p>
<p><strong>When working with your clients, what are some of the different activities you like to include?</strong><br />
I try to include as many different activities as possible when working with my clients, that way the workouts are always new and exciting. A typical month of training may include weight lifting, swimming, road or mountain biking, running or walking. Exercise was meant to be fun, not a chore, workouts are more fun when you mix the activities up a bit!</p>
